Sophomore Year (2008-09): Outdoor Track: Competed in the distance races. Tarallo won the Patriot League title in the 10,000-meter run with a personal-best time of 36:55.25 and finished third in the 5,000-meter run with a personal-record time of 17:37.04 at the Patriot League Championship.
Indoor Track: Competed in five meets for the Raiders. Tarallo ran a season-best in the 3,000-meter time of 10:37.00 at the Syracuse Welcome Back Meet and ran season-best time of 18:07.77 in the 5,000-meter run at the Patriot League Championship.
Freshman Year (2007-08): Outdoor Track: Competed in the distance races. Tarallo finished fifth in the 10,000m at the Dick Shea Invite with a time of 40:12.60 and ran a season-best 5k of 19:11.09 at the Patriot League Championship. She took fifth place in the 1,500m and sixth in the 800m at the Hamilton Mid-Week meet. She was named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
Indoor Track: Competed in five meets for the Raiders. Tarallo ran a season-best 3,000 time of 10:36.16 at the Patriot League Championship and took fourth in the 3,000 at the Syracuse Invitational. She turned in a season-best time of 19:05.68 in the 5k at the Valentine Invitational.
Before Colgate: Tarallo earned four letters in cross country, indoor track and field, and outdoor track and field for a total 12 varsity letters at Bishop Feehan High School. She helped guide the Feehan track and field team to four consecutive league titles and was a leader on the cross country team that captured four straight league championships, three Division three East Massachusetts State Championships, and the overall state title. Tarallo captured three individual league titles in track and was a nine-time league all-star. She was voted a Sun-Chronicle all-star six times and is a two-time Pawtucket Times all-star. Tarallo served as team captain for cross country and track and field as a senior. She was a member of the national honor society.
Personal: Julianne Adele Tarallo was born in Newton, Massachusetts. She is the daughter of Robert and Anne Tarallo and has two brothers. Her majors are Philosophy and Spanish.
