Junior Year (2009-10): Outdoor Track: One of Colgate's top sprinters. She ran a season-best time of 25.85 in the 200-meter dash at the Princeton Sam Howell Invitational. She Also posted a season-best time of 58.78 in the 400-meter dash at the Sam Howell Invitational.
Indoor Track: One of Colgate's top sprinters and posted a season-best time of 25.54 in the 200-meter dash at the Patriot League Championships. She finished second in the 200m at the conference championships. At the Yale Giegengack Invitational Miller ran a season-best time of 59.27 in the 400-meter dash. She clocked a season-best time of 1:18.54 in the 500-meter dash at the Syracuse University Welcome Back Invitational.
Sophomore Year (2008-09): Outdoor Track: One of Colgate’s top sprinters. She clocked a season-best time of 25.17 in the 200-meter dash at the Patriot League Championship and finished third in the 200m at the conference championship. Miller ranks second in Colgate history in the 200m and ran a personal-best time of 56.95 in the 400-meter dash at the Patriot League Championship. She finished second in the 400m at the conference championship and was a member of the record-setting 4x100 relay team that won the conference title with a time of 47.14 at the Patriot League Championship.
Indoor Track: One of Colgate’s top sprinters. Miller won the 400-meter dash title with a time of 58.08 at the Patriot League Championship. She broke the school record in the 400 with a time of 57.52 at the Rider-Lafayette Invitational and posted a season-best time of 25.88 in the 200-meter dash at the Patriot League Championship.
Freshman Year (2007-08): Outdoor Track: One of Colgate’s top sprinters. Miller broke the freshmen records in the 200 and 400-meter dashes and clocked a personal-best 200 of 25.11 in the preliminaries on the Patriot League Championship. She finished fifth in the 200 at the conference championship. Miller ranks second in Colgate history in the 200 and took fourth in the 400-meter dash at the Patriot League Championship. She ran a freshman record tie of 57.36 in the 400 at the Greyhound Invitational and ranks third overall in program history. Miller was a member of the record-setting 4x100 relay team that finished fourth at the Patriot League Championship and won the 200 at the Dick Shea Invite. Miller was a member of the 4x400 relay team that finished sixth at the conference championship.
Indoor Track: One of Colgate’s top sprinters. Miller finished fourth in the 400-meter dash at the Patriot League Championship and broke the school record in the 400 with a time of 57.81 at the Rider-Lafayette Invitational. She posted a personal-best time of 25.93 in the 200-meter dash at the Rider-Lafayette Invitational and ranks second all-time at Colgate in the 200. Miller took second in the 55-meter dash at the Class of ’32 Invitational and holds the No. 6 spot on the Colgate records board. She finished second in the 500 at the Syracuse Invitational with a time of 1:19.21 and holds the seventh fastest 500-dash time in school history. Miller won the 200 at the Class of ’32 Invitational.
Before Colgate: She earned two letters in cross country at John F. Kennedy High School and four letters in track and field. Miller competed in the sprints for the Cavaliers and captured the Montgomery County title in outdoor track in the 100-meter dash and 4x400-meter relay as a senior. She helped lead the Cavaliers' 4x100 relay to the 3A West Regional Championship in 2006 and was a member of the 4x400 relay that won the indoor Montgomery County title in 2006-07. Miller ran on the 4x400-meter relay team that captured the Maryland State Indoor title in 2004-05 and the 4x200 team that won both the Montgomery County and 2A/3A West Regional Championships and won the 200-meter dash at the 3A West Regional Championship for outdoor track in 2005. Miller was named to the all-Gazette Girls Indoor Track and Field Team twice and was a Mocorunning.com Female Athlete of the Week in 2006. She was team captain as a junior and senior and earned Best Newcomer, Most Improved, Most Dedicated, Iron Woman team awards during her four seasons. Miller was selected as a JFK Scholar Athlete and a Maryland State "Minds In Motion" Scholar Athlete multiple times. She was a member of the National Honor Society.
