Senior Year (2013-14): Outdoor Track: Competed in four of the Raiders six meets...Registered a season-best time at the Patriot League Championships in the 200 meters with a clocking of 26.99...Also posted a lifetime-best in the 4x100 to help her squad notch a time of 48.53, which places them third all-time in program history...Helped set a school record as well in the 4x200 at the Penn Relays when the team crossed the finish line in 1:44.06. Indoor Track: Participated in five of the eight meets this season...Earned a season-best at the Class of ’32 Invite in the 500 andn 60 meters... Registered a time of 1:18.69 in the 500 meters and a time of 8.29 in the 60 meters.

Junior Year (2012-13): Outdoor Track: Participated in four of the Raiders six meets this season...Ran a season-best 4x400 at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships with a time of 3:57.23...was also a member of the 4x100 relay team that moved into seventh all-time in school history with an ending time of 48.93 for third place at the Lafyette Invitational. Indoor Track: Competed in all seven meets this season...Ran the 400 meters in a career-best 59.63 at the Class of '32 Invitational on Jan. 26...Finished the 500 meters at the Patriot League Indoor Championships in a season-best time of 1:17.26 for fourth place...Also competed on the 4x400 meter relay team that set a new school record for the 4x400 with a time of 3:50.11...At the ECACs was a member of the distance medley squad that finished the race in 11:52.45, which places them third all-time in school history...Named to the All-Patriot League Second Team.

Sophomore Year (2011-12): Outdoor Track: competed in sprinting events ... ran a personal-best time of 26.12 in the 200-meter dash at the Cornell Spring Invitational ... won the 400-meter dash with a season-best time of 57.33 at Army Indoor Track: named to the all-Patriot League first team after winning the 500-meter dash with a season-best time of 1:14.69 ... also recorded a career-best time of 8.12 in the 60-meter dash at the Cornell Relays, which places her 11th in program history ... finished fourth in the 300-meter dash at Cornell with a season-best time of 41.08.

Freshman Year (2010-11): Outdoor Track: Competed in sprinting events ... named to the all-Patriot League first team as a member of the 4x400-meter relay team that won the Patriot League Championship with a time of 3:51.00 ... also was also named to the second team after finishing second in the 400-meter dash with a personal-record time of 56.73 ... ran a season-best time of 13.30 in the 100-meter dash at the Hamilton Mid-Week Meet ... recorded a season-best time of 26.19 in the 200-meter dash at the Upstate Challenge Indoor Track: named to the all-Patriot League second team after running a season-best time of 1:16.55 in the 500-meter dash ... also recorded a season-best time of 59.78 in the 400-meter dash at the Giegengack Invitational.

Before Colgate: Ran four years of varsity outdoor track and two years of varsity indoor track in high school ... she was a member of a record breaking 4x400-meter relay indoor and outdoor team ... also ran on the record breaking 4x800-meter relay team indoors ... competed at states in the 300-meter dash as a senior ... finished second on the record board behind her mother ... holds the 400-meter indoor record and is fourth on the outdoor list ... was a member of 4x100-meter relay who won team championships as well sectionals ... also went on to compete at states in spring 2010 ... was active in many other activities such as the symphonic band, National Honor Society, and a volunteer at Angel Food Ministries ... also played volleyball and basketball.
