Senior Year (2010-11): Outdoor Track: served as team captain ... Junior Year (2009-10): Outdoor Track: Competed in distance events for the Raiders. Hooley ran a season-best of 2:41.28 in the 800m at the Moravian Greyhound Invitational. At the Cornell Big Red Open, she ran a season-best 5:09.73 in the 1,500m. Indoor Track: Did not compete due to injury.

Sophomore Year (2008-09): Outdoor Track:
Competed in the mid-distance events. Hooley clocked a season-best time of 5:08.57 in the 1,500 at the Sam Howell Invitational and ran her fastest 800-meter run of the season in 2:28.08 at the Syracuse Invitational. Indoor Track: Hooley competed primarily in distance events for the Raiders. She ran a season-best time of 3:10.98 in the 1,000-meter run at the Patriot League Championship and also ran a season-best time of 2:28.48 in the 800-meter run at the Syracuse Invitational.

Freshman Year (2007-08): Outdoor Track:
Competed in the middle distances. Hooley clocked a season-best time of 4:53.97 in the 1,500 at the Bison Outdoor Classic and ran her fastest 800-meter run of the season in 2:33.47 at the same meet. Indoor Track: Competed primarily in the 1,000-meter run for the Raiders. Hooley ran a season-best time of 3:02.81 to take fifth overall at the Rider-Lafayette Invitational. She finished second in the 1,000 at the Class of ’32 Invitational and took 10th in the 1,000 at the Patriot League Championship.

Before Colgate: Hooley earned 11 varsity letters total for Fayetteville Manlius High School. She earned four letters in cross country and outdoor track and field and three for indoor track and field. Hooley earned all-state honorable mention honors in cross country as a senior and was a three-time first-team all-league honoree and collected first-team all-central New York and fourth-team all-state recognition in 2005. Hooley helped the Hornets capture the 2006 New York State Federation team championship. The Hornets also captured the NYS Public High School Athletic Association, NYS Section 3, Onondaga High School League, and Colonial American League team championships her senior season. She also helped lead F-M to four consecutive Colonial American League championships and was a member of the championship team at the Nike Team Nationals in 2006. Hooley qualified individually for the NYS Federation Cross Country Meet as well as the NYS State Meet in 2004. Hooley was team captain as a junior and senior. Track and Field: Competed in the middle and long distance races to help the Hornets capture three Onondaga High School League titles in outdoor track and two in indoor. Hooley won the earned spots in the New York State Indoor Track and Field championship in the 1,000-meter run and the 4x800-meter relay as a senior. She was a member of the 4x800-meter relay at the indoor state championship in 2005 and qualified for the state championship meet in the 3,000-meter run in 2005. Hooley captured the OSHL league outdoor title in the 1,500 in 2005 and finished second in the 800 and competed in the 800, 1,500, and 3,000 at the OSHL Championship meet as a senior. Hooley was a member of the national honor society and a member of the NYS Science Honor Society.

Personal: Hilary C. Hooley was born in Syracuse, New York. She is the daughter of Herbert and Karen Hooley. Her major is Classical Studies and Economics.
