Before Colgate: Ran four years of varsity cross country and track, and one played year on the junior varsity volleyball team at Germantown Academy ... served as captian as senior for both cross country and track ... team won the 2005 Cross Country Inter-Ac and State Championship as well as 2005 and 2008 Track Inter-Ac Champions (competing in the 400im in 2005) ... made first team all Inter-Ac and second team all state for cross country ... first team all Inter-Ac honorable mention for volleyball in 2009-10 season ... received Most Valuable Runner in cross country in 2008 season ... also named Most Improved Player for volleyball in 2009-10 season ... was an active member of the Community Service Organization and a member of the National Honor Society.
