Colgate University Athletics

Junior Year (2011):  Cable kicked off the season with the Harry Lang Invitational, finishing within the top five on the team snapping the tape in 18:03.  She also participated in the Patriot League Championships at Lehigh University, covering the course in 24:27.7 which helped Colgate finish third overall.

Sophomore Year (2010): Cable started of the season with a third place finish at the Harry Lang Invitational, finishing third overall with a time of 17:32. Cable had quality performances at the Colgate Invitational and Patriot League Championships, where she ran her career-best of 22:17 in the 6k.

Freshman Year (2009): Cable had an outstanding first race, finishing sixth for the Raiders.  Cable covered the 4400m course in 17:22, finishing as the first freshman and 16th place overall.  Her freshman year was very strong and she ran her best time at the Paul Short 6k, crossing the finish in 23.17.

Before Colgate: Cable competed and lettered in Cross Country and Track all four years in High School.  In Cross Country, Cable won the Conference Championship her Freshman year, made the All-Conference team her Sophomore year, and made the All-State team her Junior and Senior years.  Cable was Cross Country Captain both her Junior and Senior years.  In Track Cable ran the 4x800m relay, the 1600m, and the 3200m.  Her senior year she lead her 4x800m relay team to the Conference Champions ... was also a member of Model United Nations, Spanish National Honor Society, and National Honor Society.
