That operation has been fantastic, and you can't take that for granted. It scores points for us. He's done a great job with that and he knows that's his role. He's been great at it. He's a person who takes it as seriously as anyone I've ever seen and when he leaves here, he will take that focus and that drive beyond Colgate. Those are the people you really enjoy when looking back – someone who might not have seen a lot of field time as an offensive lineman but found a role and was able to contribute. He put himself in that position and that's a great lesson for anyone."
