Coach Dan Hunt on Danny: "Danny's another guy who kind of got behind the eight-ball early in his career. He had a knee injury as a freshman and then kind of saddled in with Jake, which limited his on-the-field playing time. But he's a guy who coaches always talk about that you need the quarterbacks' room who makes everyone better. Jake would not have been as successful if it hadn't been for Danny in the room with him. He's a great mentor, he loves the game and understands every aspect of football. He made everyone around him better. He's one of those players who I'm really happy was he here for four years. We're going to miss him greatly. He found a role this year as a holder, which is pivotal. He did a great job there and I know he is going to be successful when he leaves Colgate."
