Raiders Battle Against Terriers Sunday

Raiders Claim One Doubles Match, but Terriers Prove Too Much in 7-0 Setback

Boston – Colgate Men's Tennis wrapped up its New England road swing Sunday with a 7-0 setback at Patriot League foe Boston University.
 
The pairing of junior Tom Haile and freshman Jacob Daugherty were victorious in the No. 1 doubles slot, 8-5, but the Terriers would win the other two doubles matches to take a 1-0 lead.
 
In singles play, both Daugherty and junior Bobby Alter extended their matches to a third set, but Boston University claimed all six singles matches contested to earn the sweep.
