Coach Dan Hunt on Jake: "Jake, obviously one of the more accomplished quarterbacks we've ever had from a statistics standpoint, in total offensive and passing and winning two playoff games. That's something not a lot of people have done. What makes him special is he's probably the best competitor we've had in that position. He hates to lose, he's going to do whatever it takes to win, and he doesn't like to make mistakes. He prepares like that. When you look at last year, when he went the whole season and only threw two interceptions and this year hasn't thrown many, he's going to make good decisions. When you get a guy who competes yet makes good decisions, good things are going to happen. He's another player who makes people around him better, in that mold of what we need a quarterback to be yet he's going to define it. You can pitch him as a one-dimensional quarterback. He's a great running quarterback who also holds the record for touchdown passes in a game. That just shows that if you think you know him, he'll do something else to show 'you don't know me yet' in a good way, and that's going to be missed."
