He knows his role, he takes it very seriously and he would do anything to help this team be successful. You don't have good teams if you don't have players like Frank. Being a quarterback behind a younger quarterback is tough, but he just finds ways to help the team and I can't say enough about that quality in him. He's going to be a great employee, husband and father because he has that right attitude."
