We've expanded his role this year – direct-snapping him the ball, handing him the ball, running reverses to him – because he brings a certain intensity. He's a football player's football player. He enjoys the game; he enjoys contact of the game. He came in here playing a position he had never played – he was a high school quarterback who is now playing tight end for us. Has played a lot of football for us in his four years, has made a lot of plays and brought a lot of attitude. He's what we want – he's a physical player. He enjoys contact and does everything he can to help the team win. And this year he has shown it with everything we've asked him to do, and he's done a really good job with it."
