FROM THE SOURCE
Head Coach Bobby Pennington
"Well, that match was a microcosm of the men's season overall. A true example of Murphy's Law when everything all season that could possibly go wrong did. It was definitely not an effort issue, but beyond frustrating nonetheless. Today we had chances to win the doubles at two and three while Selati and Gupta were close to winning their singles before Boston clinched.
"Our league continues to improve dramatically annually and things won't get easier. We bid farewell to Selati, Vlassis, and Caldwell and have ten underclassmen returning and two rookies coming in. The goal is to get back to our customary winning seasons and semifinals."
Colgate season ended with a 5-16 overall record and 3-5 in the Patriot League, the team graduates
Jack Selati,
Mason Caldwell, and
Dean Vlassis.
