SYRACUSE, N.Y.—The Colgate Women's Tennis team fought tight with Patriot League rival Bucknell, but the Bison prevailed 6-1 Saturday afternoon at Drumlins Country Club.
The day started out with a hotly contested doubles point.
Lauren O'Brien teamed with
Madi Kiani and

"I'm so proud of our ladies. First off, credit to Bucknell. They are 8-0 for a reason. We came within a hair of the doubles point, losing all nail biters at two and three."
"In singles, credit to Deeter, Williams, Kiani and Bartimer for really bringing it and playing to the bitter end."
"The ladies have a lot of winnable matches in the second half of the schedule and we want to continue to improve."
