SYRACUSE, N.Y.—The Colgate Women's Tennis team fell to Patriot League rival Army West Point by a 7-0 final Saturday afternoon at Drumlins Country Club in Syracuse.
While the Raiders were unable to secure a team point, the top three singles group of
MacKenzie Deeter,
Lauren O'Brien and
Jordan Williams all had highly competitive matches.
All three of them had their opening set go to 12 games, before they fell in two sets. Deeter and O'Brien also teamed up in the first doubles team for a tight match, but ultimately fell 6-4.
