FROM THE SOURCE
Head Coach Bobby Pennington
"This was one of the most fun, hard fought, non-conference matches in my tenure here. This was an immense win for our program, as we have never beat Binghamton. They are a perennial NCAA tournament team, who are ridiculously talented. What a way for the seniors to play their last home match indoors on campus. We had an amazing crowd and the boys came out like lightning in the doubles. Credit to Daugherty, Hirschberg, and Reynolds for winning both matches today. Game ball to
Win Reynolds for clinching the victory in two tiebreak sets.Â
Â
We have now won three in a row and don't plan on slowing down any time soon. We have three huge conference reps ahead of us and are playing our best tennis and peaking when it counts. The best is still yet to be."
