HAMILTON – Colgate head coach
Keith Tyburski is welcoming three signees to the men's golf program this fall.
Â
Curren Gimeson of Worthington, Ohio; Dean Naime of Cairo; and John Hayden Wood of Baton Rouge, Louisiana make up this year's incoming class. Tyburski called the trio an extremely talented group of golfers.
Â
"We are extremely excited to welcome Curran, Dean and John Hayden to the Colgate Golf family," Tyburski said. "They have extensive experience on the local, regional and national levels and will have an immediate impact on our team.
Â
"Each of them brings a work ethic and commitment that will raise the bar for our program, and we couldn't be more excited to welcome them to campus."
Â
In addition to these three individuals, Colgate returns eight student-athletes to the 2018-19 roster.
Â
And for the schedule, Colgate not only hosts the annual Alex Lagowitz Memorial Invitational in September but also this season is host for the Patriot League Men's Golf Championship. Both events take place at Seven Oaks Golf Club.
