Outdoor Track: Participated in four meets …placed seventh in the 800-meter run at the Lafayette Open ...finished 17th in the 800 at the Holy Cross Invitational.
Indoor Track: Competed in five meets ...took sixth place in the mile at the Colgate Class of '32 Invitational ...helped his distance medley relay team to a first place finish at the Utica Pioneer Invite ...was a member of the 4x800 meter relay team that took ninth at the Patriot League Indoor Championship.

Freshman (2020-21)
Outdoor Track: Ran in three outdoor meets … Placed 15th in the 1,500 with a time of 4:26.95 in the Lehigh Season Opener … Ran a personal best in the 800-meter dash with a time of 2:03.68 in the Bucknell Quad meet.
Indoor Track: Did not compete in any meets.

Before Colgate
Competed in cross country and track and field at West Morris Central High School…secured the Penn Relay Championship in the 800-meter run in 2019…advanced to the New Balance Nationals in the400-meter dash in 2020…garnered All-Conference Second Team laurels after posting a 53.3 mark in the 400-meter dash as a senior…holds a personal-best mark of 2:00.27 in the 800-meter run…Highlanders for Humanity President…also a member of Academy of Science and Relay for Life in high school.
