Outdoor Track: Ran in 3 meets...Ran personal best 22.68s in 200m dash at Hamilton College Continental Invitational...Finished ninth in the 400m at the Maryland Invitational
Indoor Track: Ran in 6 meets… Ran a personal best in the 400m at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine invitational with a time of 51.03… Ran a personal best in the 60m at the Ramapo College Opener with a time of 7.30… Member of the men’s 4x400m team at the Greg Pages Relays, Ramapo College Opener, Sykes & Sabock Challenge, Boston University David Hemery Valentine invitational, and the Patriot League Indoor Championships.

Junior (2022-23)
Outdoor Track: Ran in seven meets… Finished fifth in the men’s 100m at the Utica Pioneer Spring Invited with a time of 11.33… Ran a time of 22.72 in men’s 200m at the Bison Outdoor Classic… Member of the 4x400 team with a first place finish at the Holy Cross Invitational… Also a member of the 4x100 team that holds the school record with a time of 41.42.
Indoor Track: Ran in seven meets… Finished second in the men’s 60m at the Colgate Class of ‘32 Invitational with a time of 7.31… Member of the men’s 4x400 team who finished fourth at the 115th Millrose Games and 6th at the Patriot League Indoor Championships… Ran a time of 22.77 in the men’s 200m at the Fastrack National Invitational.

Sophomore (2021-22)
Outdoor Track: Competed in five outdoor meets ...notched a second place finish in the 400-meter dash at the Lafayette Open ...placed fifth in the 200-meter dash at the UB Spring Opener ...posted a PR in the 400 and finished 11th at the Holy Cross Invitational.  
Indoor Track: Ran in four indoor meets ...helped his 4x400 meter relay team to victory at the Colgate Class of '32 Invitational ...finished 13th in the 200-meter dash at the Utica Pioneer Invite ...helped his distance medley relay team to a ninth place finish at the Patriot League Indoor Championship.
