Outdoor Track: Ran in six meets… Ran a time of 8:59:06 in the men’s 3k at the Bison Outdoor Classic… Sported a personal best in the men’s 1500m at the Holy Cross Invitation with a time of 4:17:43… Finished the outdoor season with a personal best in the men’s 5K with a time of 15:40:41 at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships.
Indoor Track: Ran in five meets… Finished 2nd in the men’s 3K at the Southern Tier Invitational with a time of 9:28:37…Ran a time of 4:35:52 in the men’s mile a the Colgate Class of ‘32 Invitational for a fourth place finish…Ran a season’s best in the men’s 3K for a time of 9:10:48 at the Patriot League Indoor Championships.
Freshman (2021-22)
Outdoor Track: Participated in three meets ...placed fifth in the mile at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invite ... finished 17th in the 1500-meter run at the Lafayette Open.
Indoor Track: Competed in five meets ... notched a 10th place finish in the 3000-meter run at the Rampo Season Opener ... came in fourth place in the mile at the Colgate Class of '32 Invitational.
Before Colgate
Earned NYCAL All-League Honors in 2019 while running for Trevor Day School…Won the conference championship in the 1000 meters in 2020…Owns school records in the 3200 meters, 4x800 meter relay, and distance medley relay…Helped the cross country team win the NYCAL Championship in 2019... team captain junior and senior years.
