Outdoor Track: Ran in five outdoor meets …placed fourth in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the UB Spring Opener ...posted a PR in the mile and took 16th place at the Bison Outdoor Classic.  
Indoor Track: Competed in four indoor meets… placed eighth in the mile at the Colgate Class of '32 Invitational ...posted a PR in the 3000-meter run at the Utica Pioneer Invite.

Before Colgate 
Ran Cross Country and played baseball in high school...ran marathons in college and decided to join the team his senior year
