Biography

Senior Year (2014-15): One of seven Raiders to appear in all 38 games … Seventh on the team in scoring with 17 points on eight goals and nine assists … Led squad and ranked among top 35 players in nation in faceoffs won (362) … Tied for sixth on the team with 24 blocked shots … Finished with a goal and an assist in 2-2 draw versus Dartmouth (Jan. 23) … Scored twice in 3-0 victory at Dartmouth (Feb. 14) … Notched game-winning goal in 3-1 victory over Dartmouth in opening game of ECAC Quarterfinals … Named co-recipient of team’s Whit Williams Award, given annually to team’s most improved player.  

Junior Year (2013-14): Played in 36 games for the second-straight year and had six points on a goal and five helpers ... scored his lone goal of the year against Rensselaer in a 1-1 tie against the Engineers ... had assists in five different games, including against Bowling Green on Oct. 18 in a 1-1 tie. 

Sophomore Year (2012-13): Appeared in all 36 games for the Raiders ... finished with 13 points on five goals and eight assists ... had a pair of multi-point games with one coming in the season-opening win over Niagara with two helpers ... the other came against Sacred Heart on Jan. 5 with a goal and an assist ... tallied goals against RIT (Oct. 26), Quinnipiac (Oct. 27), Yale (Jan. 26) and St. Lawrence (Feb. 2) ... posted 73 shots and blocked 21 shots.

Freshman Year (2011-12): Saw action in 39 games for the Raiders in his first season ... recorded five goals and 10 assists for 15 points ... tied for eighth on the team with 15 points and third among rookies ... had two power play goals and one gamewinner ... had a goal against both Princeton (11/19) and Brown (2/11) ... also recorded an assist against Brown ... posted multi-points games against Robert Morris (10/7), Yale (2/10) and Brown (2/11) ... tallied a career-high four points on two goals and two assists against Yale (2/10) ... added a goal and an assist the next night against Brown for a six-point weekend and was named ECAC Hockey Rookie of the Week for his performance ... had two assists in his first collegiate game against Robert Morris (10/7) ... scored a goal in Colgate's 4-0 series-clinching win over Quinnipiac on Mar. 11.

Before Colgate: Attended Bishop Grandin High School and Camrose High School … appeared for the Camrose Kodiaks of the Alberta Junior Hockey League in 2010-11 … also played for the Calgary Mustangs of the AJHL in his junior career and earned Rookie of the Year honors … appeared in 15 games for the Mustangs and had 14 points on six goals and eight assists … joined the Kodiaks during the same season and saw the ice in 41 games and had 10 goals and 21 assists for 31 points … tallied 10 goals, which was second in the league, and four assists for 14 points in 20 playoff games with the Kodiaks … finished with 78 points on 31 goals and 47 assists in 104 career games in the AJHL … participated in the World Junior A Challenge for Team Canada West and had a goal and an assist in five games … team finished fourth in the tournament … competed in the 2011 RBC Junior A National Championship in Camrose and the Kodiaks ended up third … was featured as a “player to watch” in the tournament magazine … ranked the 19th-best forward in this year's recruiting class by CollegeHockeySource.com.
