Senior Year (2014): Team captain ... Competed in four races this season … Posted a season-best time of 26.16.40 at the Patriot League Championship, finishing as Colgate’s fourth-best runner and 72nd overall … Registered another top performance at the Albany Invitational, finishing as Colgate’s fifth-best runner and 42nd overall with a time of 26:57.7 … Named to Colgate’s Raider Academic Honor Roll and earned the team's Walter Fullam Leadership Award.

Junior Year (2013): Competed in two of the Raiders seven meets this season ... Ran a season-best 21:28.00 at the Harry Lang Invitational on Sept. 7, where he tallied a 15th-place finish ... Also ran at the UB Stampede Invite where he finished Colgate best competitor with a time of 26:01 for 14th place ... Named to the Raider and Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Sophomore Year (2012): Competed in all seven races this season ... Had a season-best 10th place at the Father Laurence O'Neil Invitiational on Oct. 13 when he finished with a time of 26:14 ... He also posted a time of 26:31.2 at the IC4A Championships on Nov. 17 for a 12th place finish.
