Competed in six meets... Ran the 8km in a season-best time of 27:56.7 at both 50th the UAlbany XC Invitational and the Paul Short meet... At the Binghamton Cross Country Meet ran the 7.8km in 28:41.7, placing 23rd.

Junior Year (2015)
Ran in all seven meets ... Started the season notching a time of 22:44.6 at the Harry H. Lang Invitational for 68th place ... Clocked a time of 28:40.0 at the Yellowjacket Invitational on Sept. 19 ... Had another solid outing at the Paul Short Invite, registering a time of 26:57 ... Posted a time of 27:16.2 at the Albany Invitational, which earned him the 56th spot ... At the Patriot League Championship, recorded a time of 27:51.7 ... Closed out the season at the NCAA Regional and IC4A Qualifiers, registering times of 34:46.2 and 27:42.1, respectively ... Named to the Raider Academic Honor Roll, earning a 4.0 during the 2015 spring and fall semesters ... Earned the team's David Perry '56 Academic Award.

Competed in all seven races this season … Registered a season-best time of 26:40.0 at the Patriot League Championship, finishing as Colgate’s sixth-best runner and 83rd overall … Also posted a top performance at the Albany Invitational with a time of 27:30.0, finishing as Colgate’s seventh-best runner and 61st overall … Competed in the IC4A/ECAC Championship, where he finished with a time of 28:05.6 … Named to the Patriot League and Raider Academic Honor Roll and to Colgate's Dean’s Award List.

Freshman Year (2013)
Competed in six of the Raiders seven meets this season ... Ran a career-best time of 27:15.4 at the Albany Invite on Oct. 19, crossing the finish line in 40th place ... Also competed at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships on Nov. 15, where he registered a time of 35:25.6 ... Named to the Raider and Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
