Senior Year (2015): Ran in all seven meet ... Started the season clocking a time of 21:18.6 at the Harry H. Lang Invitational for 34th place ... Recorded a time of 27:02.6 at the Yellowjacket invitational on Sept. 19, which earned him the 26th spot ... Had another strong outing at the Paul Short Invite, clocking a time of 26:12 ... Placed 43rd at the Albany Invitational with a time of 26:52.6 ... At the Patriot League Championship, clocked a time of 26:58.8 for the 68th spot ... Closed out the season at the NCAA Regional and IC4A Qualifiers with times of 33:20.3 and 27:39.3, respectively ... Named to the Raider Academic Honor Roll ... Junior Year (2014): Competed in all seven events this season … Posted a season-best time of 26:41 at the Paul Short Invitational Brown Race, where he crossed the finish line in 135th place … Was Colgate’s top runner at the Yellow Jacket Invitational, where he finished with a time of 27:28.0 … Also ran a top performance at the Patriot League Championship, finishing Colgate’s eighth-best runner in 91st place with a time of 26:58.00 … Ran at the IC4A/ECAC Championships on Nov. 22, finishing 78th with a time of 27:54.3 … Named to the Patriot League and Raider Academic Honor Roll and to Colgate's Dean’s Award List ... Earned the team's John Dimao Award for Spirit and Dedication.

Sophomore Year (2013): Competed in all seven events this season ... Posted a season-best time of 26:56 at the Paul Short Invite, where he crossed the finish line in 91st place ... Also ran a top performance at the Albany Invite, finishing Colgate's second-best runner in 36th place with a time of 27:03.7 ... Ran at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships on Nov. 15 and clocked in with a time of 34:39.9 ... Named to the Academic All-Patriot League Team, Raider and Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, and the team's David Perry Academic Excellence Award.

Freshman Year (2012): One of two Raiders to competed in all seven meets this season ... Had a season-best 25th place at the Father Laurence O'Neil Invitational on Oct. 13 with a time of 27:18 .. .Also finished in 46th place at the University of Buffalo Stampede with a time of 27:13 ... Took home 63rd at the Patriot League Championships with a time of 28:25.6 ... at the IC4As finished 84th with a time of 28:15.4 ... Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll and to the Raider Academic Honor Roll.

Before Colgate: Served as team captain junior and senior year for XC and senior year for track ... Posted a 16:20 in the 5K ... Ran a 1:59 in the 800m ... His XC team finished in third place at the state championships his senior year ... Member of the 4th place Track team in the state his junior year ...
