Sophomore Year (2015): Ran in one meet ... Competed at the Paul Short Invite, clocking a time of 28:13 ... Named to the Raider Academic Honor Roll.

Freshman Year (2014): Competed in two races this season … Registered a season-best time of 27:38.3 at the Albany Invitational, where he finished as Colgate’s ninth-best runner and 64th overall … Posted another strong performance at the Yellow Jacket Invitational where he earned a time of 28:42.3, finishing as Colgate’s eighth-best runner and 106th overall … Named to the Patriot League and Raider Academic Honor Roll.

Before Colgate: Attended Hingham High School…Notched PRs in the 800m (1:59.70), 400m (51.76) and 5k (16:58) during his senior campaign…Served as captain of the track squad in 2014 and cross country in 2013…Helped his team win three consecutive Patriot League Meet Championships from 2012-14…Also led his team to a 2013 Patriot League Meet Championship win in cross country…Earned Patriot League All-Star honors in track during his senior season and took home the same accolades in cross country in 2013…Named Patriot League All-Star Honorable Mention for track in 2013 and earned the same honor in cross country for the 2014 season…Also lettered in swimming...Was a member of National Honor Society, Orchestra, and Chamber Orchestra.
