Competed in all seven races on the year ... Finished first for the Raiders in all but two of the races during the season ... Ran a PR in the Harry Lang Invitational when he finished 10th with a time of 21:07.9 ... Competed in all three postseason races and came in 52nd at the Patriot League Championships with a time of 26:14.48. 

Junior Year (2016)
Competed in four races... At the Cross Country Meet placed 11th in the 7.8 km, finishing in a time of 26:46.3... Ran the 6.4 km at The Harry Lang Invitational in 21:31.1, placing 20th. 

Sophomore Year (2015)
Participated in all seven meets this season ...  Was one of Colgate's top two runners in six of his seven races ... Ran the Harry H. Lang Invitational in 21:23.9 for 37th place ...  At the Yellowjacket Invitational, notched the 17th spot after clocking a time of 26:47.8 ... Was Colgate's best runner in four of the Raiders final five meets ... During the Paul Short Invite, placed 60th with a time of 25:40 ... Took home the 11th spot at the Albany Invitational after registering a time of 25:56.9 ...  At the Patriot League Championship, notched a time of 26:21.8 for 50th place ... Closed out the season at the NCAA Regional and IC4A Qualifier, earning times of 33:07.5 and 27:20.7, respectively ... Named to the Raider Academic Honor Roll ... Earned the team's Outstanding Performer Award.

Freshman Year (2014)
Competed in all seven races to start off his collegiate career … Registered a season-best time at the Patriot League Championship, finishing as Colgate’s third-best runner with a time of 26:07.30 … Also recorded a top-time of 27:10 at the Paul Short Invitational Brown Race, his third collegiate race … Ran at the IC4A/ECAC Championship on Nov. 22, finishing 72nd with a time of 27.47.2. ... Earned the team's Most Outstanding Newcomer Award.

Before Colgate: Attended Radnor High School…Notched PRs in the 1600m (4:24.00), 800m (2:00.00), 3200m (9:50.00), and 5k (16:06.00) over the course of his career…Served as team captain of the cross country team in his junior and senior seasons…Was captain of the indoor/outdoor track squad during his senior season…Placed 7th at States in the DMR during his senior campaign…Earned First Team All-Central League honors as well as First Team All-Main Line accolades…Named Second Team All-Delaware County during his career…Team MVP for track during his junior and senior seasons…Chosen as Outstanding Male for cross country during his junior and senior seasons as well…Was a member of the school newspaper staff…Also lettered in basketball.
