Outdoor Track: Competed in six meets... Placed first in the 3,000 meters at the Hamilton College Mid-Week in a time of 9.01.96... Also placed first in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Coach Pollard Invitational with a time of 9.49.41... Recorded a personal-best time of 9.48.41 in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Patriot League Outdoor Track and Field Championships... Placed fifth with a personal-best time of 15.52.03 in the 5,000 meters at the Big Red Outdoor Invitational... Recorded a personal-best time of 4.05.93 in the 1,500 meters at the Greyhound Invitational.
Indoor Track: Competed in six meets... Placed second in the 3,000 meters at the Colgate University Class of 1932 Invitational with a time of 9.03.13... Recorded a personal-best time of 8.56.23 in the 3,000 meters at the Patriot League Indoor Track and Field Championships... Recorded another personal-best time in the mile at the Villanova Invitational finishing in 4.28.08.
Cross Country: Competed in all seven meets... Recorded a personal-best time of 27.22.0 in the 5 mile at the ECAC Cross Country Championships... At the NCAA Northeast Region Cross Country Championships recorded a personal-best time of 35.48.3 in the 10K... Recorded a personal-best time of 26.27.5 at the Patriot League Cross Country Championships... Recorded another personal-best time of 22.46.5 in the 6.4K at the Harry Lang Invitational. 

Freshman Year (2016)
Competed in four meets... At the 50th UAlbany XC Invitational, ran a season-best time of 28:49.4 in the 8 km.

Before Colgate: Was a four-year member of the Bethlehem Central High School Cross Country and Indoor/Outdoor Track and Field Teams...Named team captain for junior and senior seasons...Earned numerous team awards including Most Improved, Up and Coming, Diamond in the Rough and Spirit of the Eagle...Personal record in the 5k is 17:21.00...Also has a three-mile person record of 16:14.92 and 2400m at 9:10.00
