Competed in all seven races ... Was Colgate's highest finisher in each meet ... Finished 17th at the UAlbany Invite ... Set an 8K personal best at the Lehigh Paul Short Run at 25:58.1 ... Set a 10K PR at NCAA Regionals with 32:13.4 ... Ended his senior campaign at ECAC/IC4A Championship with a top-100 finish.

Junior Year (2018)
Ran in all seven races during the season ... Ran a PR time of 22:02.4 for the 6.4K course at the Harry Lang Invitational to finish in fourth place ... Calhoun High School, lettering in soccer, cross country and track...Captained the cross country, winter track and spring track teams as a senior...Class County Cross Country Champions in 2015, Spring Track Division Champions in 2016 and Winter Track Conference Champions in 2012...Named to the All-Division team six times All-Conference three times and All-County two times...Was named the Cross Country Team MVP as well as the Calhoun Sports Boosters' "Unsung Hero" Award Winner...Was a member of Athletes Helping Athletes, Student Government and Model UN...Was also a member of the National Honor Society.
