Biography

As A Sophomore (2007) – moved from quarterback to tight end in the second week of fall camp … didn’t see any playing time.
As A Freshman (2006) – saw action at quarterback in one game against Georgetown … had one carry … was limited throughout the season with a shoulder injury.
 
High School: A 2005 graduate of Vanden High School in Fairfield, California … played quarterback for three different high schools, starting at each one of those schools … passed for 1,205 yards and 16 touchdowns (school record) at Vanden in his senior season … served as captain … ranked by Rivals.com as one of the top 100 players in the Western United States … all-league selection and team MVP in both of his years at Vanden … coached by Floyd Burnced … also lettered in basketball, golf and wrestling … started his high school career at North Stafford High in Stafford, Virginia where he was newcomer of the year, before transferring to Davis (Calif.) High School for his sophomore season.
 
Tulane: Red-shirted during the 2005 season after working his way up to No. 3 on the depth chart for the Green Wave.
