Head Coach Matt Karweck
"There was a critical moment in this game when we were down by five and our backs were up against the wall. When I saw that fight, that determination, and that grit to storm back, I knew that we have what it takes to be a great team.
It wasn't the performance we were looking for in terms of execution, but the pieces are there, the fight is there, and our ability to score quickly is an element that you haven't seen here in awhile.
We had plenty of chances to tie it, and unfortunately the bounces didn't go our way down the stretch. All in all, I am proud of our effort, our preparation, our professional approach, and our composure as the game went on. We will clean up a few areas this week at practice, recover, and get ready to battle another well coached team on Saturday."
