FROM THE SOURCE
Head Coach Jessica Deitrick

"Today was a great way to close out our fall season! There was a lot of tough competition again this year at the regatta and I feel that we rose to the challenge as a team.
Our varsity 8 finished 6th in a competitive field and were able to close the margins with some top teams.

"We had 4 varsity women also race in the doubles this morning. We don't often race or practice in small boats but these 4 women did a great job! The A boat finished 3rd while the B boat finished 6th.

"This fall the team's main objectives were to gain speed, strength and become aggressive racers.   I am very proud of how this team came together through this season to chip away at these goals.  We will now shift our focus to winter training and finding more speed through the winter months to prepare for our spring season."
