STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – The Colgate women's track and field team had a fantastic showing at the Villanova Invitational Saturday afternoon held at the Ocean Breeze Athletic Center.
Several runners ran season-best times and a few more set personal records in one of their best meets of the season.
Marina Reilly (Oradell, New Jersey) recorded a season-best triple jump at 11.23 meters while
Tina Bowers (West Reading, Pennsylvania) ran Colgate's fastest mile of the season in 5:15.81.
One of the best performances of the afternoon came from the Raiders' 4x400-Meter Relay team as the group finished more than 11 seconds faster than its previous-best time earlier this season at the Greg Page Relays at Cornell.

-Reilly continued her improvement at the triple jump as she tied for fourth-place with a season-best 11.23 meters
-Colgate's 4x400-Meter Relay team of
Lauren Henske (Hillsborough, California),
Allison Kinne (Great Barrington, Massachusetts), Reilly and
Carly Schwartz (Armonk, New York) ran a season-best time of 4:21.30, surpassing the previous best by more than 11 seconds
-Bowers ran the Raiders' best time to date this season in the Mile with her time of 5:15.81 while
Emily Peck (Cheshire, Connecticut) set a personal record in 5:50.52

Skyler Berardi (Glen Mills, Pa.) set a personal record and ran Colgate's fastest 800-Meter Race in 2:27.09
-Kinne set a personal record and ran the team's fastest 400-Meter Race this season in 1:03.87

Colgate women's track and field hosts the Class of 1932 Invitational on Saturday for its final race before the Patriot League Championship. The Class of 1932 Invitational is held in Sanford Fieldhouse with field events beginning at 11 a.m. and track events beginning at Noon.
