Indoor Track: Competed in five meets ... Placed fourth in the 3000 Meter Run at the Class of '32 Invitational and registered a PR with a time of 11:27.04 ... Recorded another PR in the Mile at the Patriot League Indoor Championships with a time of 5:44.37.

Junior Year (2018-19) 
Indoor Track: Competed in one event ... Had a PR of 20:32.17 in the 5000 Meter Run at the Greg Page Relays. 
Cross Country: Competed in five races during the year ... Came in 20th at the Harry Lang Invitational with a time of 21:25.5 to begin the season ... Had a PR time for a 5K course at the UAlbany Invite when she finished 30th with a time of 21:32.7 ... Finished 108th at the Patriot League Championships with a mark of 26:12.6 ... Reset her PR for a 5K course at the ECAC Championships with a time of 20:37 for 143rd place. 

Sophomore Year (2017) 
Ran in three races on the season ... Set a new PR on a 5K course at the UAlbany Invite with her 72nd place time of 21:35.2 ... Ran a PR for a 6K course at the Patriot League Championships when she finished 108th with a time of 26:01.35.

Freshman Year (2016) 
Competed in five races... Ran the 6 km in a season-best time of 26:30.2 at the Paul-Short Open... Recorded a season-best time of 21:49.9 in the 5 km. 

Before Colgate: Attended Cheshire High School where she lettered in cross country, indoor track and lacrosse...Set a new personal record in the 5k at 21:50 in 2015-16...Named team captain for senior year in cross country...Member of the student government and school newspaper.
