ITHACA, N.Y. – Colgate's Varsity 8+ posted a convincing victory to highlight Saturday's head-to-head races against Marist, Hamilton and Ithaca.
To start the day at Cayuga Inlet, Colgate's Varsity 8+ defeated Marist with a winning time of 7 minutes and 48.4 seconds. On board for the Raiders were

Dempsey Wartell,
Abby Yosaitis,
Susie Meyer,
Catherine Walsh and Carrie Coote.
Marist crossed the line in 8:01.4.
Colgate's second Varsity 8+ dropped its race against Marist, crossing in 8:46.3 to the winning time of 8:28.1. The Raider crew consisted of

Lauren Siano,
Caroline Wardlow,
Joanna Howe,
Laura Genty,
Eleanor Lichter, Muriel Drexler and Emma Webb.
Hamilton defeated Colgate in the next round of head-to-head. The Raider Varsity 8+ posted a time of 7:48.1 that was 4.3 seconds behind the Hamilton crew. And the second Varsity 8+ from Colgate crossed in 8:41.0 to Hamilton's 8:21.5.
Colgate's Novice 4+ boat competed against Varsity crews from Ithaca and Marist in the final race and finished third with a time of 10:02.7. On board for the Raiders were
