Also led in tackles-for-loss with 18 for minus-81 ... Both sack and TFL totals ranked among nation's top 20 ... If sacks were not part of TFLs, still would have led team in TFLs with 8½ ... Coach Hunt on Nick: "What can you say about a record-holder? Sacks are hard to get, especially when people know you are good at it. They double-team you, they triple-team you, they hold you – and he still was able to do it. He plays the game with joy, he practices with joy and he's always doing extra, trying to become a better football player. He really worked this year, his senior year, to become a more complete football player, and I respect that. A lot of times, it's 'Hey, I'm an All-American. I'm going to go get the sack record and that's all I care about.' But he really worked to become a better all-around defensive lineman and defensive football player. It showed. I'm happy he got the record. It was important to him, as it should have been. That's a good record to have and it's quite a testimony. I hope it stands for a while. He has achieved success on a team and individual level here that not many people have. At the end of the day, he will leave here happy with his career. I'm certainly glad he played for us. He has made a lot of plays for us over four years and he's certainly going to be missed."
