Senior Year (2018-19)
Outdoor Track: Participated in six events ... Set his PR in the 200 Meter Dash at the Hamilton Invitational with a seventh place time of 22.46 ... Won the 400 Meter Dash at the 7-Way Meet with a time of 50.02 ... Had a PR of 11.08 in the 100 Meter Dash at the Coach P Invitational ... Came in eighth in the 400 Meter Dash at the Patriot League Championships with a time of 48.84 ... Closed his career with an 11th place finish in the 400 Meter Dash with a time of 50.03 at the ECAC/IC4A Championships. 
Indoor Track: Competed in eight meets ... Opened the season with an ECAC/IC4A qualifer time of 1:06.09 in the 500 Meter Dash at the Greg Page Relays ... Became the first sprint medalist for Colgate since 2012 at the Patriot League Championships when he finished third in the 500 Meter Dash with a PR time of 1:03.89 ... Won the 400 Meter Dash at the Upstate Challenge and Class of 1932 Invite ... Won the 500 Meter Dash at the Blue and Orange Invite ... Wrapped the year with a PR and 17th place finish in the 400 Meter Dash at the ECAC/IC4A Championships with a time of 48.97. 

Junior Year (2017-18)
Outdoor Track: Competed in five meets... Placed third in the 400 meters at the Lafayette 8-Way Invitational with a time of 50.83.
Indoor Track: Competed in two meets... Placed first in the 500 meters at the Cornell Kane Invitational with a personal-best time of 1.05.54.

Sophomore Year (2016-17)
Outdoor Track: Competed in five meets... Placed first in the 200 meters at the Delaware Classic in a time of 22.79... At the same meet, he also won the 400 meters in a time of 49.48... Placed third in the 400 meters in 49.99 at the Phoenix Invitational... At the same meet he helped Colgate place third in the 4x400 meters, where they finished in 3:27.58... A season-best time of 49.24 helped him to a third place finish in the 400 meters at the Lafayette 7-Way Invitational... At this same meet he helped Colgate place second in the 4x400 meters and third in the 4x100 meters, finishing in 3:32.85 and 43.29 respectively. 
Indoor Track: Participated in all eight meets... Placed first in the 400 meters at the Class of 1932 Track Meet, in a time of 50.06... At the same meet he placed third in the 60 meters in 7.25, and helped Colgate place second in the 4x400 meters in 3:27.10... At the Utica College Pioneer Invitational he won the 500 meters, finishing in 1:06.90... At the same meet he helped Colgate place second in the 4x400 meters, where they finished in a time of 3:28.24... Also placed second in the 500 meters at the Upstate Challenge, clocking in at 1:07.79.

Freshman Year (2015-16)
Outdoor Track: Competed in all five meets ... Ran the 400 meters in a season-best time of 48.61 at the Patriot League Championships ... Matched that time at the IC4As ... Helped the 4x100 meter relay team post a time of 43.77 at the Lafayette 7-Way Invite ... Also helped the 4x400 and 4x800 meter relay teams clock times of 3:19.56 and 7:45.15, respectively, for fifth and sixth place.
Indoor Track: Participated in seven meets ... Ran the 60 meters at the Greg Page Relays in 7.80 seconds ... Posted a time of 51.20 seconds in the 400 meters at the Utica Invitational ... Clocked a time of 1:08.96 at the Robert J. Kane Invitational in the 500 meters, where he also helped the 4x400 meter relay team earn a time of 3:29.00 ... At the Patriot League Championships, ran the 800 meters in 1:57.26 for 16th place and helped the 4x800 meter relay team take home sixth with a time of 7:44.32 ... Named to the Raider Academic Honor Roll.

Before Colgate: Attended Xavier High School…Was a captain his senior season…During his senior campaign, he notched a 6.81 in 55m, 11.19 in 100m, 35.28 in 300m, 49.99 in 400m, 1:07.92 in 500m and 1:22.50 in 600m…Finished his career with a 59.15 in 400m hurdles and 23.18 in 200m…Helped his team become 2014 Outdoor Sectional Champions (scoring in the 200 and 400), 2014 Bishop Loughlin Games Champions (scoring in the 4x2), 2015 Indoor Sectional and City Champions (scoring in the 30 and 4x4) and 2015 Indoor CHSAA State Champions (scoring in the 600 and 4x4)…Earned All-Section 400m hurdles in 2013, All-City 300m in 2014 and 2015 and ALL-CHSAA State 600m and 400m in 2015…Earned team MVP in his freshman and sophomore years…Earned Most Improved in Indoor…Was named Varsity Outdoor track Block X Award MVP…Was a member of Big Brothers and CFX…Also lettered in basketball.
