Outdoor Track: Competed in three meets... Placed sixth in the javelin at the Big Red Outdoor Invitational with a throw of 30.66 meters... Also placed sixth in the same event at the Hamilton College Mid-Week Invitational with a throw of 30.45 meters... Recorded a personal-best distance of 36.08 meters in the javelin at the Greyhound Invitational.
Indoor Track: Competed in two meets... Recorded a time of 1.15.28 in the 500 meters at the Cornell Upstate Challenge.
Freshman Year (2016-17)
Outdoor Track: Competed in four meets... At the Delaware Classic, helped Colgate place second in the 4x800 meters and third in the 4x400 meters, finishing in 8:36.65 and 3:40.41 respectively... Ran a season-best time of 2:06.45 in the 800 meters at the Coach P Invitational.
Indoor Track: Participated in six meets... Recorded a season-best time in the 500 meters at the Utica College Pioneer Invitational, finishing in 1:12.97... At the YSU National Invite, he ran another season-best time of 55.79 in the 400 meters.
Before Colgate: Attended Hanover Park High School where he lettered in basketball, cross country and track and field...Finished Second Team All-Conference in Track and Field...First Team All-Conference in Cross Country...Was a part of the 2015 North 2 Group 2 4x800m relay championship team...Ran the 800m in 2:05 as a senior...Personal best 800m time is 2:03...Named the Team MVP of the Cross Country Team in 2016...Member of Future Business Leaders of America and Key Club.
