Competed in five races for the Raiders…posted a season-best 8K time of 27:20.1 at the Paul Short Invite….recorded a 10K time of 36:10 at the NCAA Northeast Regional.

Junior (2020-21)
Competed in the only meet for Colgate … Placed 58th at the Patriot League Championships with a time of 25:20.2.

Sophomore (2019)
Competed in four races including two postseason contests ... Set an 8K PR at the Yellowjacket Invitational with a pace of 28:35.2 ... Registered a 10K PR at NCAA Regionals with a time of 34:16.1.

Freshman (2018)
Competed in all seven races in his first season in Hamilton ... Started his collegiate career with a 13th place finish in the Harry Lang Invitational with a mark of 23:01.2 ... Competed in all three postseason races, which included a PR time of 25:58 for 134th at the ECAC Championships, the final race of the year. 

Before Colgate
Graduated from Fox Lane High School in 2018…Lettered in cross country and track and field…Member of the Chess and Film clubs.
Honors: Was named an all-league runners four years in a row ... twice named all-county ... Was team captain his senior season.
