Competed in the only meet for Colgate … Placed 22nd at the Patriot League Championships with a time of 22:48.0.

Junior (2019)
Competed in five meets ... Set a PR at the 8K UAlbany Invite with a time of 26:50.9 and finished 26th ... Set a 10K best at NCAA Regionals with a time of 32:22.1.

Sophomore (2018)
Ran four races during his second season ... Came in 31st at the UAlbany Invite after he crossed the line in 28:34.8 ... Ran in two postseason races, including the NCAA Northeast Regionals and the ECAC Championships ... Registered a PR time of 25:25 on the 8K course at the ECAC Championships. 

Freshman (2017)
