Sophomore Year (2005-06): Recorded a 17-15 mark in singles ... went 9-9 in dual matches during the spring, going 3-2 at No. 2 and 6-7 at No. 3 ... had a 13-15 record in doubles ... during tournament play he went 4-7 in doubles, the majority of which were played with Chris Innes ... lost in three sets to Alex Vuckovic (Princeton) at the ITA Regionals and lost 8-2 along with Chris Innes in a doubles match at the ITA's ... won the class B Singles at the Cornell Invitational in October upending Marc Asch of Cornell in three sets; along the way he topped Adrian Salucci of Hofstra, Kevin Jay of Cornell, Nikesh Singh Panthalia of Bucknell to advance to the championship round ... started the spring playing at No. 2 doubles with Marshall Wheeler, where he rang up a 4-7 record ... on March 11 he was moved up to No. 1 doubles where he captured a 4-4 record playing with Martin MacIntyre and Wheeler ... had three big Patriot League singles wins against Navy's Adrian Lai, Lafayette's Peter Titus and Bucknell's John Lashnits ... won his final two conference doubles matches, taking out Ira Reibeisen and Asher Salam of Bucknell 8-4, and Nicolas Frayssinoux and Juancarlo Vazquez of American, 8-6.

Freshman Year (2004-05): Gallagher kicked off his Colgate career with a 4-3 record in singles play, competing mostly at No. 4 singles ... paired with Reed Hagmann to post a 7-4 record at No. 1 doubles ... the duo went 4-0 at the Volkl Tournament, with a big win over David Webb and Andres Reyes of Dartmouth ... nearly pulled off one of the greatest upsets in team history, falling in a tiebreaker to Herbert Chodkiewicz and Roger Gubser of Texas ... rebounded to reach the Round of 16 at Regionals, dispatching of 11th-ranked Alejandro Nery/Nikhil Murali of St. Bonaventure along the way ... Gallagher and Hagmann lost in the Round of 16 to the No. 2 seeded team, Virginia Tech’s Stephane Rod and Arvid Puranen, 8-5.

High School: Gallagher joins Colgate after completing an impressive junior career, which he finished as the sixth-ranked player in the New England section in singles and just outside the top 200 nationally ... he was also formerly ranked first in New England in doubles, having won New England sectionals with current teammate Marshall Wheeler ... he also lettered four years on the Greens Farms Academy (alma mater of Marshall Wheeler and Chris Innes) tennis team, playing No. 1 singles his senior year ... he was a member of the 2001 and 2003 New England Prep Championship teams.
