Senior Year (2015): Ran in all seven meets ... Finished one of Colgate's top two runners in four of those races ... Took home the 31st spot in his first meet of the season at the Harry H. Lang Invitational after posting a time of 21:10.2 ...  At the Yellowjacket Invitational, clocked a time of 27:12.9 for 32nd place ...  Had another strong outing at the Paul Short Invite, notching a time of 26:21 ... Registered a time of 26:30.2 at the Albany Invitational to earn the 30th spot ...  At the Patriot League Championship, recorded 56th place after crossing in 26:40.8 ... Closed out the season at the NCAA Regional and IC4A Qualifier, notching times of 33:36.8 and 27:11.6, respectively ... Named to the Raider Academic Honor Roll ... Sophomore Year (2013): Ran in all seven races this season ... Registered a season-best 27:24 at the Paul Short Invitational on Oct. 5 when he crossed the finish line in 138th place ... Also earned a top performance at the UB Stampede on Sept. 21, when he finished in the 21st spot to make him Colgate second-best runner with a time of 27:26 ... Finished Colgate's best runner at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships on Nov. 15, when he clocked in with a time of 34:06.1 ... Named to the Raider and Patriot League Academic Honor Roll ... Also named the team's John Dimao Award for Persistence and Spirit.

Freshman Year (2012): Competed in six of the Raiders seven races ... Had a season-best 44th place at the Father Laurence O'Neil Invitational held on Oct. 13, where he finished in a time of 28:39 ... Also posted a career-best time of 27:15 at the University of Buffalo Stampede, crossing the finish line in 48th place.

Before Colgate: Two-time captain in Cross Country and Track captain his senior year ... Member of 2011 XC NCHAAA 4A Pac 6 Conference Champions and All-Conference team ... Awarded 2011 & 2012 XC coaches award and 2012 Track coaches award ... Ran 1600m in 4:56, 3200m in 10:12 and 5000m in 17:16.
