Competed in five meets... At the Paul Brown meet ran the 8 km in a season-best time of 26:00.6... Ran the 6.4 km at The Harry Lang Invitational, finishing in 21:25.0.

Junior Year (2015)
Participated in three of Colgate's seven races ... Finished one of the Raiders top two runners in all of those meets ... Took home the ninth spot at the Yellowjacket Invitational on Sept. 19, after clocking a time of 26:30.9 ... Ran the Harry H. Lang Invitational in 21:14.9 for 32nd place ... At the Paul Short Invite, registered a time of 25:45 for the 71st position ... Named to the Raider Academic Honor Roll.

Sophomore Year (2014)
Competed in all seven races this season … Finished as Colgate’s top runner in three of the seven races throughout the season, with top performances at the Albany Invitational, Patriot League Championship and IC4A/ECAC Championship … Posted his season-best time of 25:57.3 at the Patriot League Championship, where he finished 25th overall … Registered another strong performance at the Paul Short Invitational Brown Race, finishing with a time of 26.29 … Named to the Patriot League and Raider Academic Honor Roll and to Colgate's Dean’s Award List ... Earned the team's Most Valuable Player Award.
