You've got to have kids who take that role seriously. And I know when he's out on a special team, you're about to watch a guy give great effort, great physicality and play to the whistle. He's another guy who has a great personality that kids like, and I'm very happy he has found this role. He has contributed. This isn't just a case of let's put this senior on special teams; that's not how it works. He is contributing and making things happen. When it's all said and done, he's going to look back and say he was a big part of what this team did; and we're going to look back and say he sure was."
