Senior Year (2012): Competed in five of the six races this year...Had a season-best 41st place finish at the Harry Lang Invitational on Sept. 1...Ran a time of 23:00 at the Leopard Invitational for 44th place as well as finishing 45th at the Minuteman Invitational with a time of 20:02 on Sept. 15...Placed 51st at the Patriot League Championships with a time of 26:09.5...Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll and to the Raider Academic Honor Roll.

Junior Year (2011): Callahan did not compete in any races due to injury.

Sophomore Year (2010): Callahan improved on her first race of the season at the Harry Lang Invitational, finishing with a time of 19:20. Had a quality showing at the Colgate Invitational crossing the finish line with a time of 25:41 in the 6k.

Freshman Year (2009): Callahan ran a strong first Cross Country race at the Harry Lang Invitational. She had her first cross country season ever and put up some quality times running a 19.58 at the Albany Invitational.

Before Colgate: was a three-year varsity letterwinner in Soccer and Outdoor Track, and a four-year varsity letter winner in Indoor Track ... as a senior led as captain for the Soccer, Indoor Track, and Spring Track teams ... earned the Dual County League All Star, Catholic Conference All Star and Patriot Ledger All Scholastic ... as a senior additionally earned the Coach's Award for Indoor Track, the Notre Dame Scholar Athlete Award and the Sportsmanship Award ... personal record times were 58.7 for the 400m, 1:39.5 for the 600m, 2:18 for the 800m and 3:01 for the 1,000m ... finished  8th overall at the Massachusetts All State Championship ... was also a member of the Spanish Honor Society, National Honor Society, Notre Dame Scholar Program, and Club Soccer for Cape Cod Lady Crusadors.

Personal: Ellen Callahan was born in Newton, Mass., the daughter of Stephen Callahan and Paula Cushner. Callahan has a younger brother Daniel ... majoring in political science.
