Senior Year (2011): Cross Country - Competed in three races for the Raiders ... Finished seventh on the team at the Patriot League Championships with a time of 27:46.6 ... Finished sixth on the team at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships with a time of 36:21.1 ... Ended his season as the sixth Colgate finisher at the IC4A Championships.

Junior Year (2010): Cross Country - Did not compete in any races.

Freshman Year (2008): Cross Country - Competed in five races for Colgate... Was the Raiders' 6th finisher in the UMass Invite... Clocked a season's best 8k time of 27:10 while finishing 19th overall in the University of Albany Purple Race... Ran as the Raider's No. 6 man at the Patriot League Championships... Ended his season as the 6th Colgate finisher at the IC4A Championships.

High School: Lettered in both cross country and outdoor track for 4 years for Kenmore East High School. Also lettered in indoor track for 3 years...Was captain of the indoor and outdoor track teams his senior year... Was a six time state qualifier in the indoor 1000m and outdoor 800m and a three time Niagara Frontier League Champion between the 400m and 4x800m races.
