Senior Year (2012): Raced in six of the seven meets this season...Notched a season-best three first places finishes at the University of Buffalo Stampede, Patriot League Championships and the IC4A Championships...Defended his Patriot League Title by finishing first at the PL Championships with a time of 25:11, making him the two-time PL Runner of the Year...Also earned Patriot League First Team Accolades...Took home first at the IC4A Championships, which were held on Nov. 17 with a time of 25:28.8...Competed at the NCAA Regional Qualifer, placing 46th out of a possible 239 runners with a time of 31:31.2...Four-time NCAA Regional Qualifer participant...Was tabbed Male Athletic Runner of the Week on Oct. 1, after finishing 7th in the Paul Short Invitational Gold Race...Covered 6,400 meters in 21:05, to take home 22nd place at the Harry Lang Invitational...named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, the Raider Academic Honor Roll and was also team captain during her final campaign.

Junior Year (2011): Competed in all eight races for the Raiders ... Won the individual Patriot League Title and was named to the All-Patriot League first team ... Finished first overall at the Harry Lang Invitational with a time of 20:41 ... Finished second overall and set a new school record at the Colgate Invitational with a time of 25:19 ... Also finished first overall at the Paul Short Run with a time of 25:19 ... Set a new school record (breaking his own)  at the UAlbany Invite with a time of 24:46.9, and finished first on the team and third overall ... Was first place overall at the Patriot League Championships with a time of 24:53.9  ... Led the Raiders and finished 13th overall at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championship with a time of 31:10.4 ... Qualified for the NCAA championships, and finished 115th overall out of 252 runners with a time of 30:55.2 ... Was the first Colgate male runner to qualify for the NCAA championships since 2005 ... also named to Academic All-Patriot League Team.

Sophomore Year (2010): Competed in all seven races for the Raiders ... Named to the All-Patriot League second team ... Finished third overall at the Harry Lang Invitational with a time of 21:08 ... Was second on the team and 10th overall at the Colgate Invite with a time of 25:59 ... Finished fourth overall at the Paul Short Run with a time of 25:25 ... Finished first on the team and third overall at the UAlbany Invite with a time of 25:04.8 ... Was second on the team and ninth overall at the Patriot League Championships with a time of 25:00 ... Led the Raiders and finished fifth overall at the IC4A Championship with a time of 25:38.8 ... Finished first for Colgate and 60th overall at the Northeast Regional Qualifier with a time of 31:29.2.
