Senior Year (2011): Cross Country – Ran in five races for the Raiders ... Was seventh on the team and 16th overall at the Harry Lang Invitational with a time of 22:33 ...  Finished as the fourth Colgate runner at the UAlbany Invitational with a time of 27:02 ... Was also the second Colgate runner to cross the line at Patriot League Championship with a time of 26:40.9 ... Finished second on the team and 50th overall at the IC4A championships with a time of  27:19 ... Ended his season third on the team at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships with a time of 35:05.3.

Junior Year (2010): Cross Country – Ran in six races for the Raiders ... Was third on the team and fourth overall at the Harry Lang Invitational with a time of 21:19 ... Finished fourth on the team and 22nd overall at the Colgate Invite with a time of 26:56 ... Finished as the third Colgate runner at the Paul Short Run with a time of 26:09 ... Was also the third Colgate runner to cross the line at Patriot League Championship ... Finished third on the team and 22nd overall at the IC4A Chmapionship with a time of 26:26.6 ... Ended his season second on the team at the Northeast Regional with a time of 32:29.9.

Freshman Year (2008): Cross Country – Ran in seven races for the Raiders...Was the second Colgate runner in the Paul Short Invitational Open Race with a personal best 8k time of 27:16...Was 18th overall in the Albany Invitational Purple Race with a season's best 8k time of 27:09...Finished as the seventh Colgate runner at the Patriot League Championship...Ran as Colgate's No. 6 man at the NCAA Regional Championships.

High School (2004-2008)– Was a four-year letterwinner in track and cross country at Solebury ... Named team captain as a junior and senior ... Helped lead the cross-country team to  the Penn-Jersey Championship all four years ... Named team MVP all four years ... Was a member of the French Honor Society.
