Outdoor Track: Ran in 5 meets...Finished fourth and ran a personal best 12:37.56 in the 3000m steeplechase at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational...Ran a personal best 19:12.21 in the 5000m at the Patriot League Championships
Indoor Track: Ran in 6 meets.. Ran a personal best in the 3K with a time of 11:21.27 at the CNY Valentine Alternative… Finished 2nd and ran a personal best in the mile at the Colgate Class of ‘32 Invitational with a time of 5:46.97… placed 9th in the 3K at the Ramapo College Opener.

Before Colgate
Led the Kentucky Country Day School to 2nd place finishes in the Class A Cross Country state championships…Individual regional runner-up in the 3200m and 1600m in 2022…Earned Class A All-State Cross Country Team in 2020, 2021, and 2022…Also competed on the golf, swimming, and basketball teams.
