Outdoor Track: Competed in six meets...Placed third in the 4x400 relay (4:18.12) at the Bobbi Palma UAlbany Spring Classic, while also running the 200m and 100m hurdles...Placed third in the 100m hurdles final (15.53) at the Ithaca College In-Between Meet after running a 15.24 in the prelims...Clocked an outdoor season-best 100m hurdles time of 14.90 in the prelims at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships...Finished fourth in the 4x400 relay at the Big Red Invite & Multi, where they also placed 25th in the long jump...Placed ninth in the 4x400 relay (4:06.90) at the Larry Ellis Invitational...Finished 15th in the 100m hurdles, 17th in the 200m (27.01), and 21st in the long jump (4.61m / 15' 1.5") at the Cortland Red Dragon Open
Indoor Track: Competed in one meet...Placed eighth in the pentathlon at the Greg Page Relays & Multi with a score of 2,566...During the multi-event competition, finished sixth in the 60m hurdles (9.63), seventh in the long jump (4.69m / 15' 4.75"), eighth in the shot put (8.37m / 27' 5.5"), ninth in the 800m, and 13th in the high jump

Sophomore (2024-2025)
Outdoor Track: Competed in six meets in the 100m hurdles and 400m hurdles...Posted a season-best 100H time of 14.96 at the Patriot League Championships...Won the 100H at the Hamilton Invite (15.20)...Ran a season-best 400H time of 1:06.55 at the Bison Outdoor Classic...Also helped the 4x100m and 4x400m relay teams place 10th and 1st, respectively, during the outdoor season.
Indoor Track: Competed in seven meets in the 60m hurdles and sprints...Ran a season-best 60H time of 9.19 at the PSU Sykes & Sabock Challenge...Also competed in the 60m and 200m throughout the season...Helped the 4x400m relay finish 8th at the Patriot League Championships.

First Year (2023-2024)
Outdoor Track: Ran in 7 meets...Finished second in the 100m hurdles at the Hamilton College Continental Invitational...Ran a personal best 1:10.22 in the 400m hurdles at the Patriot League Championships...Set a new personal best 15.58 in the 100m hurdles at the Patriot League Championships
Indoor Track: Ran in 7 meets… Ran a personal best in the 60m hurdles with a time of 9.77 at the Patriot League Indoor Championships… Finished 11th in the 60m hurdles at the Ramapo College Opener… Ran a personal best in the 60m with a time of 8.45 at the Southern Tier Invite.

Before Colgate
Four-year Varsity team member, District champion and Regional runner-up in 100mh, and Conference, District, and Regional champion in 4x100…was named All-Southwestern Conference First-Team and was an indoor track state-qualifier in the 60mh and outdoor track state-qualifier in the 100mh and 4x100…earned Academic All-Ohio, Girls Track Most Valuable Athlete in 2022, and Girls Track Coaches Award in 2023…holds the school record for the 100mh (14.83) and the 4x100 (48.83)...also four-year Varsity letter winner in soccer.
